Bad customer service

Good day I have a complaint about the Shoprite in Thorntree Complex. I am 8 months pregnant and went for shopping on Saturday which was a busy day ofcourse. I asked to pay at a staff tillpoint and the service i received was that i should go and stand on a queue to use normal till. Due to my current medical condition i cannot stand long nor walk long, i had to force them to help me. I need to understand if that was the right customer service? Regards, Modiegi
