Bad customer service & Bullying

<p>Shoprite Sunnyside has now been a bad place to because of their staff who are bully.</p> <p> </p> <p>II sent my kids to go and return some things as we had over bought some things..My kids came back and say they will never go back again to Shoprite,there is a old lady working there who was shouting at them and people where staring at them.I went to Shoprite and only to find out that was the same old lady who shouted even at me when I went to exchange some items one time.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has to stop!! We can not be bul**** around by this old lady.And worse part Shoprite called and asked about her service and I complained about her and it seems nothing has been done to rectify that issue.Her name is Maria Mahlangu.This is unacceptable!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Is Shoprite not teaching their staff customer care?Aikhona mani!!</p>
