BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a huge concern about the shoprite mini in gamaphuteng shoping centre,i have been given the same treatment especially when i try to withdraw money from the cash send facility.I once had the same issue and logged it with their customer service,i thought it will imrpove their service,but it seems as though it has gone from bad to worse,today i went and was told again that i cannot withdraw as a result i did not buy anything,i even tried shoprite liquor,the cashier there also told me that their systems are not working.The cashier from shoprite mini is Bongiwe Ntanda and the supervisor said the same thing,they say they have logged a complaint and thos has been happening for sometime,which i know it is not true,there are customers who would struggle to buy electricity from one cashier who will say the systems are offline then the other cashier will give assistance.I suggest this cashiers are rottated from one shop to the other because they end up instilling bad customer service as its a norm for this store from the old employees
