Bad customer service

I went to Shoprite Brakpan bought a few items and paid at the express till , 2 ladies were standing there 1 was a cashier the other one was reading a magazine which i assumed was a packer, i then gave them my carry bag to pack for me but no one bothered , the 2 other ladies joined them still no one packed for me , i asked if am i now working for shoprite , i am paying for the groceries and also have to pack myself , this one lady gave a look with an attitude , there were 4 people standing around in one till but they were all busy chatting about their own things, which i felt disrespected as customer who is bringing business to shoprite and treated as such.
