Bad customer service

I would like to lay a formal complaint about a service I received from one of your staff at Kruger dorp u save.

I was on the line and the electricity got cut off and I was told the machines are offline and I offered to pay cash but the cash was in the car. So I asked politely to put my things aside. The cashier was very rude and she took my belongings and placed them with another basket that had returned goods in it and she practically screamed in my face that I need to get the money and should I return i can personally open the returned basket and take my goods out. I

I requested for the manager and she kept going on and she was causing a scene as the other customers were looking at me. She made me feel embarrassed.

I had to use another teller ad the manager intervened. She was shouting at me and the manager.

I don't know what circus you running there. But as a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy.

I spoke with the manager and he took my information but nothing has been done.

I am quite disappointed as a customer. Shoprite managers name Abraham Motlabi
