Bad Customer Service at Shoprite Kriel,Mpumalanga

I went to Shoprite Kriel money market at 18:00 on the 20th of October 2021, going to withdraw. In me I had my ID card, Number and Pin to my surprise I was told that I cannot withdraw due to the fact that I didn't know the exact money deposited and I must call the depositor. Checking the requirements of what is needed to withdraw money is "Provide the teller with your money transfer number, RSA ID book or card and use the correct PIN" and nowhere does it say I must know the exact number. I had 3 things to pass the security check to get my money but I was sent away because I couldn't tell the Teller the money that I wanted to withdraw.

This is a norm with Shoprite Tellers and their attitude. If knowing the exact amount is a requirement may it be put up like the other requirements so that we don't waste our time.

This practice is annoying and the attitude we are given as customers is dissapointing.
