Bad customer service at shoprite Dobsonville

Yesterday I was with my sister at shoprite Dobsonville Stand 12469/70, Steve, Kgame Dr, Dobsonville, Soweto, 1863 and we were buying some toiletries and wanted to buy an iron, we received a bad customer service from one of their employees who's in the non-food department he was so rude and his manner of approch was not professional, my sister tried to open an iron box as there was no display of that particular iron and the guy approached him very rudely with attitude and said she's not allowed to open the iron and she must not busy fiddle with the irons on the shelve because she's making him a job of phasing up the irons and tidy it up, now I fail to understand his request because at the end of the day it's his duty to phase up and try to help the customers with their request, he was so loud and quick to respond when we told him what he said was wrong he was also saying, "nxa Konje the customer is always right" “uzokhona Mara ukuvula wonke lama iron” with attitude and a angry face as if it bothers him and disagrees with the rule the customer is always right, we were so disappointed he even said yhaa you can also go to my manager and report me what are you waiting for with confidence and a loud voice, you could see that the manager would probably do nothing to him there was no sence of fear or remorse he knew nothing will happen to him, we became so powerless and just worked out of the store and told ourselves we'll no more do our shopping at shoprite especially in the townships the service of the stuff is horrible and I belive it's not properly dealt with because there's always people complaining in the front desk about their poor service. as from now on we told ourselves we'll now shop at Pic n pay as there is one on the same mall, yesterday we went to shoprite because since we were young we used to shop there and it's cheaper so we became loyal customers to the store now yesterday the non-food machandiser or packer just ruined our day and we were so angry and argued almost 10 minutes with the guy so we made a decision not to shop at shoprite anymore and I alert people of the service, they should expect it from the stuff those people know how to ruine your day, we'd rather shop at Pic n pay or checkers Westgate since I belive checkers is better with their service though it's the same company, shoprite stuff is taking people for granted and full of disrespect it's not the first I encountered poor customer service at shoprite even at the till points some cashiers have attitude and don't know how to speak nicely to customers I hope you will get my message
