BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SHOPRITE!!!

I would like to share my recent experience I had with an employee at Shoprite Katlehong which was significantly degrading because I wanted a cash back since the ATMs were not working. Her name is Alina Lethoi, employee of the month which is confusingly unreasonable regarding the attitude she gave me. I want to let people know that we will always be looked down on. To think I’m a tax paying citizen. The least she could do is show some respect to customers.
