Bad Customer Service as well as products

Shoprute in Amsterdam Mpumalanga has disappointed really bad.

I bought bacon on saturday 24/06/2023 together with dip for chips. When we got home upon opening the bacon I got the smell that it is off when I checked the expiry date it has expired 18/06/2023 i took pictures the dip was already open upon taking off the lid I just threw it straight away.

Whrn I went to the shop to return the bacon I asked too see the manager (who by the way sat at the counter on the phone have the conversation of her life) Phindile is her name.

When I told her what happened she said oh we do have a problem with the bacon where to j replief no you dont your staff dont take the product off the shelves after their shelf live it expired a weak ago. She rep**** I will just refund you(not only is the refund costing the store money but if they kept a close eye on their stock it would not have happened). She did that however when walking to the isle where the bacon is refrigirated i saw that most of the bacon expired that is shocking to know that such a huge store chain dont care about their customrs health etc. They need to check this once a week.

The staff in that syore alos has no way of dealing with customers always rude and always treating you like something dragged you into the store.

This needs to be resolved.
