Bad customer service and my perceived ********* business practice on their side.

A good man can only take so much and nothing more. After complaining to the store manager and customer care,I am still there where I was 3 weeks ago. On Black Friday I bought a few items including the Playboy deodorant which they were advertising for R19.99 after a saving R20.00. When I got to the shelf the normal\original price tag was still displaying for R34.99. Meaning a saving of R14.99 and not R20.00. Now my question is and maybe rightfully so,are they inflating their prices to mislead the consumer. I didn't check on other items but if they can do it with one item what is stop them from making this a regular practice. A week or so ago they had a Stokvel promotion where they advertised the 1kg Yum Yum peanut butter for R59.99. I looked for the mentioned product until I was blue in the face with no joy. I then approach a supervisor for assistance and her reply was very they never carried the product in question. Well lady,it is in your brochure. Is this another ploy to draw the client and hoping that he or she will then buy something else. If this is not misleading the customer with their ********* business practice then i don't know what is. Well,I done my fair share to get answers for customer care, the store manager and I wrote direct to Pieter Engelbrecht. Customer care phoned me once and promised a manager would call, needles to say I'm still waiting. The store manager called me once also promising to investigate and call me back. I am still waiting. You see they have the bigger share of the market now they take the customer for granted. NB. I even send them pictures of the items in question.
