bad customer service and bad buchery

Yesterday 16 August went to buy groceries at Kathu Shoprite Northern Cape, the service was bad the cashiers where unprofessional and just rude. there is this scratch card competition that is going on now before I went to buy for things for almost 200 where I received 2 scratch cards. yesterday I had bought groceries for approximately 1850 where in the end of my purchase I asked if I am not getting any scratch card and then the cashier asked her fellow colleague for 2 cards, I asked why am I getting only two and anyhow,how does this competition works is it not working on how much you spend? They told me only the till specifies how many cards one must have after a long argument where still I could not get it. I was given only 2 cards. Shoprite Kathu also has bad meat their butchery is always smelly and the meat is of bad taste it can be worse or just meat in general.
