And I was going up and down going to different shoprites and the answers am getting are different. Hello dralu***e,

Thank you for contacting the Shoprite supermarket chain.

The person whom deposited the money would need to report the matter to the SAPS. The investigating officer must then send a subpoena 205 to Roelien Botha at Capitec Bank to request the details of the person whom withdrew the money. The fax number for Roelien is ***. Should you have any further questions you can contact our customer service centre on ***.

In conclusion I would like to thank you for taking the time and effort to contact us and the opportunity to clarify the matter.

Kind regards
Devon Currie
