Bad customer service and

On Sunday I went to buy some stuff for my baby at shoprite mamelodi when I got by the till I stood in the line as every other customer. Than the cashier(Brenda)shouts from the till I must go to till nr 12 ,nw I'm confused I ask her why,than she just shouts again I must go to till nr 12 I than ask her again why must I go to another till she says I must only have 10 items or less so I tell her I can pay here at her till cos I hav 10 items with me.she than scans my stuff nd leaves it on the counter starts helping the next customer .I than call the front line controller telling her what just happened nd how the stuff I just paid for is laying on the till.front line controller just goes to thectill packs my stuff without no apologies or anything <br> AND That's the kind of service I get from shoprite mamelodi this not being time this has happened
