Bad customer service

I went to shoprite lakeside mall on sunday the 24th of May , and was served by a very rude lady by the name of Thandeka Sibongile Khalishwayo..please send her for some customer service training,because she needs it. She is rude,she doesn't greet customers, she doesn't even ask for reward card....she just continue as if nothing is wrong. And when I tried to talk to her,ask her not to throw my groceries, she told me that she needs to be fast and I'm bringing my problems to the store. She even threatened my life saying that she will get me. Shoprite I'm not happy with the service I got there....I don't know her superiors saw what happened but she was making noise ,so all other customers could see and hear that she does not know how to address shoprite customers.
