Bad customer service

Shoprite Tsakane mall is the worst shop in that mall. Their customer service is not good at all. You wait more than one hour to pay. Their cashiers are slow they don't have smile. Even you report them to the manager they don't take you seriously. No till packers. They only open 4to5 till even month end. They must the whole staff for training in customer services I even hate to go make groceries because of that store.
