Bad customer service

Went to Shoprite at Mthatha Plazza the one in Nelson Drive, I waited for more than 5 minutes b4 I could be assisted as some of the items I bought needed an override as they had a mark down and there was no 1 to override. I left the store and the groceries without being assisted.
