Bad customer service

I went to Shoprite Greenacres port elizabeth and the cashier did not have any customer service nothing none whatsoever. She also had a nerve to tell me that i will pack for myself because she's too tired and she wants to go home at 7pm. Hayi ke the way she packed my things she was throwing it as if she throwing ******* in the bin. I am still awaiting feedback from Shoprite's management as they promised that the would contact me.
