Bad customer service

I am not happy with the customer service i received from Nosipho at Shoprite Usave that is located at Phola Location in Ogies. I am disappointed in how i requested for a cash back and she told me that sje does not have the money i had requested. I understood and further asked her to ask one of her colleagues where she refused and told me to ask them myself. I asked for the store manager and she still refused to call... I left the store without any assistance.I plea with Angela the store manager to check with her staff and make sure that they value their customers and respect us.
