Bad customer service

I was discharged at a private hospital today nd decided go buy something at shoprite. I ended up getting a head injury within shoprite due to their negligence. Hey refused to take responsibility of my medical costs. They say I should go to a state hospital nd thy will call a state ambulance for me . I'm so disappointed bcuz I have pains and I'm not in a position to stand in state facility line after been discharged today.
