Bad customer service

We bought a piece of a furniture at OK furniture Diepsloot, it's been almost 6 months and we have picked up some factory faults with it , fine we want to the store , first time we were told to come back on Tuesday, which we did , and we were then told to send an email however to date no acknowledgement or reply from them, it's been over 3 days *** unfortunately uable to find ok furniture on hellopeter, I believe ok furniture is part of Shoprite group
