Bad Customer Service

Went to purchase a ticket through computicket and the most astonishing services I received was from a lady, not in her full uniform because she was not wearing her name tag. On the receipt her name is Mavis Tshipapu. We were standing in queue for over 20 minutes when it is my turn to be assisted she just left me and assisted the customer that was being assisted by another cashier, when I asked her she said sorry and I told her that is not acceptable cos I have been waiting to me that's bad customer service. She then went and said "I said I am sorry" taking her time and not showing any remorse none whatsoever. Dear Shoprite Cosmo City the one next to KFC you are capable of firing your staff members(we saw the video on ticltok) but your customer service is something else. Please fix your people's attitude if they are tired they should resign
