Bad customer service

There store opened 10 min late manager said they had cashier crisis .after entering the store o spoke to the manager about my exchange and he then refer me to the supervisor that I told she is not available. I waited for her then she came after 15 min. Then she told me they don't have stock on the shelves she send someone to the stock room to check.then the lady return afta 30 min only to tell me they don't have it in stock. Then I asked for rain check the supervisor told me to wait for till she is done assisting customers.she came back aftee 20 min and tell me she doesn't find the book.I ask her to call her manager and she told he is busy and I asked the name of the manger and she told me she can't know his name she only know him as Mr Nkosi .n asked hers and she said Clara and they both didn't have name tags. And I asked how do you work with the manager that you do not know his name she did not respond I went to one of the cashiers name Phindile I asked for their managers name and she rep**** the same as the supervisor \ we only know him as Mr Nkosi\" I went to ask the supervisor what is the way forward now and she said she dsny know.I then left without any assistant.worse service"
