Bad customer service

The musina shoprite always has long queues that is good for your business but the way customers are treated its very bad. The cashiers scan your shopping and you the customers are expected to pack them in the bags. The are controller that are always standing there busy gossiping instead of helping with the packaging and when they are requested to come void they take their precious time first finish their gossiping then they will attend to customers. There is no customer service at all. There is no team work.
