Bad customer service

03/01/2023 time: 07:13 Tshinyadzo Manugudub a cashier rendered me a very bad customer service I was paying 3rd party bills, she told me I should have gone to another till to pay because there are few tills open so what I'll be paying will take time, I informed her that still even there are few tills I like to pay. Firstly who's fault is it that there are few tills open, secondly a customer is informed on what to pay and when to pay last but not least I reported the complain to a manager, was advised that my complain will be solved went back today still my complain hasn't been solved and the rest is endless........... #customer service should be rendered excellent also in Soweto areas
