Bad customer service

Hello. My name is Eric. I was at shoprite this morning at Riverside view,fourways. The square shopping center. I saw a combos of few things that my kids need,however on the till when I pat, the cashier lady told me that the combos it won't give me discount because the was a rama that was not there.ask them to call the manager,I then approached by the lady who introduced herself to me as Jane the flow manager.she told me tht she can't sele ma that combo cos the rama is finished, I ask her what will be the solution of all this because I drive from my home wanted to buy this for my children,and buy that time my kids ware there with me,the manager he even told my children that your father he don't have money now he want things for mahala.so my question was why the combo still on the flow for sale while you can't sale it to the customers, Jane she then call security to take me outside the store,my kids was crying all the way.i am still take this issue father.
