Bad customer service

I was at shoprite in Jabulani mall to get medication as I’m not feeling well after I grab the Krush cranberry 1.5l juice on the shelves went to do the payment on the cigarette counter I was denied to make payment by cashier that was on the till I had to ask her name because she was not wearing her name tag i then ask for a manager on duty I was directed where she was by the name of Tina Moobi she was also not wearing her name tag I had to asked her name, she also told me I can’t pay at the cigarette counter I have to queue with people buying more than 10 item on a long queue just for one item it was my first time hearing about not able to pay for item on the cigarette count I normal do that at 14th Avenue checkers when visited that side or is because we in townships we must be treated differently with people in the surbs
