Bad customer service!!

We came to the store to purchase groceries then we joined a queue for 5-10min then we are told that it's only cash. We look around there's so signage for that and the lady cashier informed us in a bad attitude.not to mention her being sloppy the store smells terrible.we were then moved to another till then the lady moved us to another one as she cannot assist us. Shoprite cashiers are not customer friendly and the service is a chaos in the rest of Thierry complexes!!!
