Bad Customer Service

I went to Shoprite store at Krugersdorp West Rustenburg road yesterday around 17h30 was assisted by a cashier by the name of Maditaba with an extremely bad attitude, I needed cash back of R550 and politely asked her, she responded in her exact words " I don't have it" with a very bad attitude and tone, and then went silent, then I asked her what should I do ? she now had the audacity to say from her pointing at her colleague with her head, I started getting irritable by her attitude I then asked her where her Manager was, she again pointed at the colleague who had to assist with cash back, then I paid for whatever I bought moved to the colleague "she" supposingly pointed out as her manager , I asked if she's the manager she said no and called the manager by the name of Boitshepo, I shared the treatment with her, first thing she did was to apologies, which I appreciate a lot, she then called her in, to reprimand her but still the lady Maditaba didn't still have the audacity to apologies for ruining my afternoon/evening.

I am still not well with the treatment she offered, displaying your company not to have best client service.. she need to be disciplined and I want her to personally apologies for disrespecting me, she doesn't even know who I am.
