Bad customer service

Yesterday around 17:00 I went to Shoprite in Central Avenue Kempton Park. The Shoprite happens to be 2 streets away from were I stay. The service that I have received from the lady who was packing my groceries was horrible. I have never felt small and insulted like that. The lady name was Tumi , as I was paying for my groceries there was a party Pack that my 8years old son asked me to buy for him, after the cashier scanned it I I kindly asked the cashier for the price of that party Pack, the rude Tumi who was busy telling the cashier about her personal life quickly took and threw it on the other side and said it doesn't have price. I let it slide, after she packed my groceries in the 3 plastics that I bought for 80c each the plastics teared , the quality of the plastic are very bad for a big supermarket like Shoprite. The cashier gave Tumi another plastics to pack for me, which she did. I left to the exit door, less than 10 seconds walk, the plastics teared up again. The security guard asked me to go back to the cashier for new plastics, which I did, Tumi started complaining that I'm coming back and forth while she was packing my groceries in a new plastic, she said to me next time bring your own plastics. As I was walking towards the door the plastics teared again, mind you I'm moving back forth without even an apology, the security guard asked me to go back again for plastics, this time when I reach the till, Tumi took out R1 from her pocket and asked me to leave as they can't keep on assisting me. I asked her, how am I supposed to carry my groceries then, she said I'm wasting time. I explained to Tumi that it is not about money and gave her the R1 she put in my hand back. She said no, it is better you take the money referring to R1, I felt so small, belittled and insulted. I told her to exchange the plastic bags and left. Before I even reached the gate all my groceries were down, the plastics teared again. The customer service of Shoprite central Avenue Kempton Park is the worst. There is no day that you can shop the and recieve good service.
