Bad customer service

I went to Shoprite roodekop to do my shopping and when I was done I got to the tills the I greet the cashier she doesn't respond I then tell her can she please help me I need a withdrawal of R1000 from nedbank cardless so that I could pay my goods, she responded with an attitude that she doesn't have that money, I calmly said can she please ask other tills, she called her supervisor, the supervisor came she also doesn't greet she just said if I wanted Social Grant money I should have came on the yesterday they don't have money and I didn't even say to her I wanted a social Grant money and she just left me like that without helping me.
