Bad customer service

My granny was ****** her change was short with R10 OK fine, I went some other day I was also ****** my change was short with 90c luck I checked my change b4 I left the shop, when back to the cashier I told him he ****** me, he kept quiet until the costumer tell him that am talking to him and gave that customer an attention telling her that he has already rang the her items, Okey fine the guys finished serving the customer, he took some of the money on the till and the I guess the change was short with 10c now he is searching for 10c on the to give it to me, with no sorry or Anything he gave me 50c with 4 black 10c his name is Tumelo Maraba from Shoprite Vosloorus Naledi Mall, I got a bad horrible service from him Please guy give this people training on how to serve customers and stop robbing us our changes
