Bad customer service

M wife bought baby’s shoes in this shop and they were small for my son. When she went back to return and take a good size, they just did not want to assist her. The cashier called the controller and she just came and asked one question “Did you bring the receipt” and she answered yes. After that she left us to attend another till and never came back. After minutes of waiting, she went on lunch. Such a bad service. the shoes are still with us as we speak.
