Bad customer service

I am very disappointed with Shoprite TEMBA and their head office,last week Wednesday i bought a 2 plate stove, Friday i tried refunding the stove because i got a better quality at Game, they refused to refund saying the stove was used, which is not true,I call their store manager her name is Salome,she refused to help me,I feel abused by Shoprite,i tried reporting to their head office,it's day 6 without any response, what kind of service is this,I just need my money back i didn't use their stove and i am entitled to my full refund.
