Bad customer service

Would like to complain about the service at Shoprite sam Ntuli bought 4 permanent markers for R22.99 they wanted to charge me R37 for each, had to wait for more than 20 min before a lady called Tumi Kobjoane came & asked if she could only charge me R22.99 for just 1 & I diclined she just left me there without any communication had to wait for another 10 before I got assistance
