Bad customer service

Very bad customer service at ShopRite westonaria president stey and Kruger str. I stood at the till for 30 min with no service when I ask the cashier what was the holdup. She just Lough at me and said it was not her problem people were buying wrong things. I think ShopRite is not giving their stuff customer service training.
