Bad customer service

I would like to report bad service of a Manager at Shoprite Mohlakeng.They refused to exchange my good and tell me to go at shoprite Mphakati.Shoprite is a national retail supermarket.I was exchanging cosmetics products and i was told they on promotion i am going to mess up thier stock
