Bad customer service

Very bad customer service at Shoprite Delft Mall. I visited the store on the 13/02/22 at 17:00 I specially come in for the combo they have advertised, 2 X Tastic rice 5kg, White star maze 10kg and Snowflake flour 10kg I asked the staff member on the floor and the have informed me that the manager are currently taking stock and that they won't be able to go and pull stock this time of the night. How ever there is Tastic rice and the White star maze I just need to take the bar code of the Snowflake flower and inform the cashier that I'll collect that the following day, I took the staff members advice and as I came to the cashier she told me that she hade to inform a manager and she cold the customer service clark by the name of (sis Connie) when she come I informed her that I have the bar code of the snowflake flour and that I'll collect it tomorrow and that the stock is at the back and that the staff member on the floor informed me that they won't be able to pull stock at this time and that I should take the code and collect it at anytime. Without asking the firs thing she said was no, NO, no........ With a very arrogant attitude and I keep try to explain her but all she could say was no and eventually I give up and just pay for the stuff the cashier scan and left feeling very disgusting.
