bad customer service

the service i dont got at shoprite fordsburg, its so so bad i wouldnt recommend anyone to shop there, here i was there 8:10am to buy breakfast, only two tills are working, all of a sudden the one till is offline, no explaination or whatsoever the cashier leave us standing there like fools, saying nothing, i was livid, no more shopping there
