Bad customer service

I brought a sleeping bed at shoprite on saturday for camping, upon our arrival at the camp site we pumped the bed but it was just not going up only to find that it has a hole In it. Went to shoprite on monday to ask for a refund. The attitude I received from the staff members and their store manager calling each other and telling me I made that whole they have never had such incidents. The attitude I received from all of the was disgusting considering the fact that my camp was ruined because of this bed and then they tell me it's my fault and I will not be refunded. I need help on getting my refund
