bad customer service

On Monday 3 August I went to withdraw money from the money market counter. The cashier who's name is Melissa didn't even greet. Just rudely asked the M-number and pin. Handed me the pen and slip to sign and gave the money. Without saying thank you. I felt like an outsider of this rude behaviour!
