Bad Customer Service

I went to shoprite in pier 14, Port Elizabeth to buy two bernini and I saw a price of R14, 99 a can took two and when I was on the till it was R21, 99 I told them the price next to it was R14, 99 and they said it's for ice and I told them there's no ice cubes there but these can. A manager by the name of Bronwyn was called and he stated that I have to pay the money on the till and not the one advitised. I advised him that what he is doing is against the law and he didn't even bother and try getting a second opinion. I was so disgusted by the appalling customer service and if it's not their bad service is their “out of date” products” I am so angry at them for this.
