Bad customer service

I received an rmail from the Branch Manager st Shoprite Mr Shafique Valley Omar regarding the twin plates stove i complain about in weeks back. I went today with my husband he took photos of the stove telling us that it be sent for investigation, then we told him wr don't want the stovr anymore coz we already bought a new one. We just dont like the way he spokr to my husband the time he bring back the stove shouting him being so rude rider than explaining to him about the guaranteed of the syove make him understand it ad the Mananger he fail to do so and throw hom out of his office. He just got angry raising his voice shouting us saying we are (SPEAKING NONSENSE) infront of his staff calling the security to came and throw us out of his office<br> i didn't know that the manager can say those words to his customers instead if apologizing.
