BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Complaint about Naledi Shoprite , they don't take us customers serious , yesterday around 18h00 we got there for groceries , it was rather disturbing seeing so many stuff in the shop just walking & not busy , but they opened only three tills , we stood for a good 30 - 45 minutes in order for us to be assisted. Its disturbing how many old people (pensioners) were in these long queues they not even accommodated. The bad service is really disturbing , why must we fight to be given service , please escalate this to management & they need to put processes in place to help their customers I guess people go to Naledi Shoprite because they have no choice & to save transport fares but walking in there we don't feel valued as customers , there is about more than 10 tills but I have never even seen atleast five opened even during month end, we not there to camp but expect to walk in & out atleast within 20 minutes not what's happening there please TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY OR CLOSE IT DOWN IF YOUR EMPLOYEES & MANAGER DONT WANT TO WORK.
