Bad customer service

So I was at Ses'fikile Square Shoprite at Daveyton paying for my groceries at the till, no. 1 there was no packer I had to pack my own groceries but the customer at the next till with 4 items had a packer when I asked the teller that was helping me by the name of Linah she then rep**** with an attitude that the packers are the one on the tills, then when she was done and I was suppose to pay she just starred at me and when I asked what's the amount due the response from her was "awuboni lapho"... I work with customers and I know very well that is no way to treat a customer. I'm so frustrated by the treatment.
