Bad Customer Service

I went to Shoprite 147 Voortrekker Rd, Bellville to go pickup money from money market that my wife'S old school friend send her. They asked me what the name of the person is who send the money, unfortunately for me i did not know what my wife friend name was who send the money.My wife was in need of the money to buy basic things in the house to eat. When i asked to speak to the store manager who's name is Alice Petersen told me that they cant help me. So i told her but we always come to draw money from money market and it was never a problem, so she told me there is nothing they can do and she was saying this with an attitude no manners at all for customer service!!. I also asked her but why is this never advertised or why dont they make the customers aware of it by putting up an information board at the front desk advising customers that without the name of a person we (shoprite) wont be able to help you.

Inform your customers about the changes and make them aware but dont give your customers an attitude.

THE WORSE EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD WITH SHOPRITE!!!
