Bad customer service

The situation right now at Shoprite Glenridge Ext 16 is that there's only 3 cashier's out of 15 tills that they have in the store in total. This is happening everyday even on month ends. This is ridiculous especially that this is the only store locally. I was forced to leave what I e to buy because I couldn't stand in those long queues as there were more than 10 people in one queue. 3 tills open out of 15 tillsshocking. I spoke to the supervisor which did not made any difference.
