Bad customer service

On the 31st of January at 16:43pm i went to shoprite kwa thema square had a problem when i wanted the purchase with a voucher from Bata which stated clearly that i should go to shoprite when i was there the assistant manager Boitumelo Mokhitla told me to go back to pep where i got the voucher she did not even can the number for enquiries I ask her that must i run around like a headless chicken for a voucher since she even said I must either go to shoprite springs for service like really i was there already she told me to go the is nothing she can do what kind of customer service was she rendering me as I asked cause where am I going to get transport money to run around as the voucher was written that a shoprite cashier must help me it I am really disappointed with this kind of service from a manager
