Bad customer service

I had the worst encounter at this store as I went there to buy cold drinks as we have a function at home. One of the guys that work there,Ayanda is his name,told me to move away from the fridge because he wants to load cold drinks.

I then asked him what must I do because I was still taking more drinks, he said I must move away because he wants to work. He had such a stinking attitude and told me I must just move away whether I am done or not.

I reported the matter to one of the ladies that is working in the administration department because I was told the manager is not available at that time.
