Bad customer service

On the 16th of june 2018 my 61 years old mother went to shoprite Dobsonville mall to buy some groceries she tripped and fell at the entrance because of the mat on the entrance was not fall on the floor the security personell at the entrance did not even bother to help her up they claim they did not see her which is odd because they are always at the entrance ,so my mom spoke to one of the senior staff , so the person she spoke with about the incident said she shouldnt bother looking for compensation on falling and hurting herself in their premises because shoprite will not do anything for her. Shoprite Dobsonville mall generally has bad customer service i dont know its because we are at the township therefore dont deserve proper customer service. .. Disappointed customer Lettie Mabuya
