Bad customer service

Today had a pathetic customer service at shoprite am very disappointed at how they manage their business

I was at a dobsonville store to buy my grocerie with my 2kids a 10months old and a 5year old i wanted to pay my dstv ,pay my grocerie and then fill bus tag putco but they only allowed me to pay my dstv and and grocerie as the till didnt have a putco function facility to fill my bus tag and they told me to go to money market and pay there as the is nothing they can do and it was a very long queue and i have to stand another very long queue at the money market i then told them that a customer cannot stand in 2 queues per store tey have to make sure that it is done but they refused

So i had to wait for another hour at a money market queue they lack sympathy for the clients im very disappointed as my kid was crying making noise and the names of the 2ladies who refused to assist is mulalo mavanga and mohlaka morema they very unproffessional
